Earthquake in Chile

At least 147 have died and nearly a quarter of the globe have been put on tsunami alert after one of the strongest earthquakes in modern times occurred in South America.

An earthquake with a magnitude of 8.8 devastated large parts of southern Chile and sending huge waves up to 400 miles per hour through the Pacific. Isoladas ocenicas Islands have been reported to have suffered severe damage by waves, and tsunami warnings were sent through a vast area from Russia and Japan to the Philippines and New Zealand.

In the capital of Chile, Santiago, some five million awoke to a "hell" while the earthquake, which occurred in the early hours of Saturday, collapsed tower blocks and bridges and swallowed cars while making cracks in the roads. Rescuers worked during the day to get people buried alive in the rubble.

We can only wait for those courses are well ... = (First Haiti, then Chile .... and then?
